Sin City: Land sale took place on December 27, 2021. Here are some key details! Sin City is a vast adult themed Metaverse game, dubbed as GTA on the Blockchain. There are 15,000 plots of land available measuring 10m by 10m across 17 districts; with each district containing unique properties and resources that can be extracted for gameplay and revenue generating purposes.
Key details for the initial land sale
Whitelist Early Access Sale: 2,100 plots; Early access period: 48 hours; Price: 3,000 SIN ; Currency accepted: $SIN token on BSC Network.
Public Sale: 1,000 plots; Commence date: 29th December; Price: 4,000 SIN.
There will be 4 districts available to be purchased in the initial land sale. If you successfully staked in one of the three staking pools launched in November and met the minimum criteria, you will be successfully whitelisted. If not, you can still purchase land in the public sale.
The instructional guide on how to purchase land will be released on 24th December 2021. Do note, land will be sold directly from the Sin City Marketplace Map, where users can select the plot of land they would like to purchase.

Exploring the World of Sin City
There are 17 different districts within Sin City to play in. Each one has its own unique characteristics and resources for you to obtain that can improve your character’s statistics and earn the SIN token. Landowners in these districts also benefit as these areas are farmed to extract in-game items.
One feature to look out for is security zones. This determines the level of gameplay and risk involved within each of the districts.
A high-security safe zone allows you to roam around freely. You can’t be attacked by other players. If you are, expect authorities to show up in the blink of an eye to protect you and lock up the offender. While it’s a low-risk area, the rewards are also minimal here.
In a low-security zone, it’s the factions and gangs that control these spaces. They won’t protect the entire region, just their territory. Other groups can try and take over the stronghold but don’t expect it to be a cakewalk. It will be a brutal affair. As the risks are more moderate in these districts, the rewards are also higher compared to the high-security safe zone.
There are also zero security zones. There are no rules. There are no laws. It’s just one big battleground. Expect to see gang wars in every direction as players fight to protect their NFTs and pick the pockets of the players they’ve taken down. It’s a high-risk area, but the rewards are plentiful if you’re game enough to step foot here.
Having said the above. It’s highly important to note that in any district there will be different ways to generate revenue for landowners. As land is scarce, and will be a passive income generator; it’s anticipated these parcels or plots of land will be highly sought after. They dig deeper below into the four districts that It was available for sale in the initial land sale on 27th December 2021.
The Strip
Considered a Safe Zone players can freely roam in this area.
The strip will be highly unique in that it will house the biggest Casinos in the Metaverse, all provided by various limited partners. Landowners can build their own distinct hotels here including even high-end clubs and charge for entrance! More importantly given this is a high net wealth area, game players will be able to extract valuable resources which can be traded for in-game items, such as designer watches for your in-game characters.
With advanced voice & text capabilities, they anticipate this will be a highly social environment where users are likely to build their own penthouse suites to party with their friends after a big win in the Casino!
The Cartel District
The Cartel District is a low security zone, meaning it’s gang run. With housing ranging from luxury villas to the slums you will come across some of the worst people you will ever meet! Players can gather vital resources such as plants to craft drug farms. These can all be cultivated by landowners and sold onto various suppliers to generate a healthy return.
Drugs are consumed by players to temporarily boost their in-player health stats; given land is scarce in the Cartel district there will indeed be high demand and many gun battles for the various drug farms available. There will also be the ability to kill NPC characters who will drop illegal arms & drugs which can be sold on the marketplace. A nasty place to reside, but a haven of resources to cultivate!
China Town
China town is considered a low security zone which will also be gang run, mainly by the Triads. This region will see authentic Far East housing and will also be the home of fraud and corruption. You can trust nobody in this region and it will house the most valuable asset in the entire ecosystem, cold hard cash!
If you’re skilled in the dark arts this is a place to call home, and run your fraction. With NPCs widely available to be killed, you will be able to obtain valuable in-game items such as guns, swords and cash which can be traded on the marketplace. Beware though, only the true Kingpins are successful here.
Red Light District
This place needs no introduction, it’s the premier district for adult entertainment on the Blockchain. Video Chats, Pornstars, Swinger Clubs, Brothels and much more, explore this place anonymously to fulfil your inner desires.
Only the real P.I.M.P’s make money here. Players who hookup with some classy ladies can receive temporary boasts to their charchters, but be careful of that jessabelle she’ll make you want to go back to Church and repent your sins!
Otherwise, this will be a highly social environment with Blockchain technology allowing adult entertainers to own their content via NFTs, which is the core to this district. Also, this a great place to house your own gentleman’s establishment. Although considered a Safe Zone, land prices in this area are likely to come at a premium!
